Troubleshooting
I press a button on my Sensi thermostat and it doesn’t respond.
If keypad lockout is ON, your thermostat keypad will not respond when any button is pressed. However, you will still be able to use the backlight. You can check to see if Keypad Lockout is ON by checking the display of your thermostat and app for a lock icon.
