How do I change my Sensi account password?


If you forgot your password, refer to this article. If you are signed into the Sensi app, but want to update your account password, follow the steps outlined below to change the password for your Sensi account:


Apple (iOS)

  • Open the Sensi app
  • Press the person icon in the upper right-hand corner
  • Select “Change Password”
  • Enter your current password, and then choose a new one. Your password must be at least 8 characters long.


Android

  • Open the Sensi app
  • Press the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner
  • Select “Account Information”
  • Select “Change Password”
  • Enter your current password, and then choose a new one. Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
