Disconnecting your Sensi thermostat from the Amazon Alexa app
Follow these steps to disconnect/unlink your Sensi thermostat from Alexa:
- In the Amazon Alexa app, tap the menu button in the top left corner
- Select Smart Home in the menu bar
- Scroll to the bottom of the Smart Home page and select Your Smart Home Skills
- Select Sensi
- Select Disable Skill and confirm
Note: your thermostat may still appear in your Alexa app until Alexa is asked to discover devices, which will update what she is connected to.
