How do I change and set the time on my Sensi Thermostat?
Sensi Smart Thermostat
If you plan on connecting your Sensi to Wi-Fi, the time will automatically update based on the time zone you choose when you register your thermostat.
Using Without Wi-Fi
If you do not plan to connect your Sensi thermostat to Wi-Fi, you can adjust the time manually on the thermostat by following these steps:
Turn Wi-Fi Off
- Press “Menu” on the thermostat.
- Press “Next” five times, until you see the “Wireless” screen. “On” will be flashing at the top.
- Use the up arrow button to change this to "Off"
- Press "Exit"
Setting the Time Manually
- With Wi-Fi successfully turned off, press and hold the “Schedule” button on the thermostat.
- After a few seconds, the time will start flashing at the top. Use the up and down arrow buttons to adjust the time.
- Press “Exit.”
Sensi Touch Smart Thermostat
If you plan on connecting your Sensi to Wi-Fi, the time will automatically update based on the time zone you choose when you register your thermostat.
Using Without Wi-Fi
If you do not plan to connect your Sensi thermostat to Wi-Fi, you can adjust the time manually on the thermostat by following these steps:
Turn Wi-Fi Off
- Press “Menu” on the thermostat.
- Press “Wi-Fi”
- Turn the Wi-Fi “Off.”
- Press the back arrow button in the upper left.
Setting the Time Manually
- With Wi-Fi “Off,” you’ll see a new option in the Menu called “Time Setup.”
- Press “Time Setup.”
- Change the date and/or time, and press “Save” after you’re done updating each one.
