Why can’t I find the Sensi mobile app in the Google Play store from my Android device?

If you search for the “Sensi” in the Google Play Store on your Android device and the Sensi Mobile App is not found, it is likely the device is not compatible with the Sensi Mobile App. The Sensi Mobile App requires Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later.
