"The customer is always right," is an axiom normally spoken about the retail world, but Albert, a Senior Product Manager, is forever reminding his team that the customer is at the heart of smart product design. Albert spends his days translating customer insights into new product features that will answer their needs. He also goes into the field to optimize and iterate existing products to create a better experience for our customers.
Meet Julie
A Customer Experience Analyst, Julie knows most people dread calling the customer support hotline, which is why she goes the extra mile to provide real solutions to customers. When Julie is not troubleshooting HVAC equipment, she takes an active role building out Sensi's support materials, including writing articles on sensi.emerson.com and designing wiring diagrams and user guides for customers.
