Currently, the Sensi mobile app is free to download for most Android and Apple smart devices.
App updates are available through Google Play and Apple App Stores. If you do not have automatic updates enabled on your smart device, check the app store to make sure you have the latest Sensi app installed.
Android
The Sensi Mobile App requires Android 10.0 or later. If you have an older version of Android, the app will not show in the Google Play store.
To download the Sensi app:
- Search for “Sensi” in the Google Play Store and download the app to your phone. The app is free to download and update.
- If you search for the “Sensi” in the Google Play Store on your Android device and the Sensi Mobile App is not found, it is likely the device is not compatible with the Sensi Mobile App.

iOS
Apple iPhones, iPads and iPod Touches require iOS 16.0 or later and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store.
For iPhone
To download the Sensi app:
- Search for “Sensi” in the Apple App Store and download the app to your phone. The app is free to download and update.
For iPad
If you have multiple thermostats, the iPad app can rotate to landscape, and allows you to view more of your thermostats at once in the dashboard view. The iPad app will also support iPad's Multitasking.
